I intentionally set up TMBH as just a thing I do, and not as a non-profit of any kind. This whole thing exists as a conversation between peers (you and me) on the Internet, and even though I want TMBH to be redemptive and do good, this isn’t designed to be a substitute for church in any way. Because of that, any support you kick in is not tax deductible and I’m going to pay taxes on it too. To me, that just seemed like the right way to build it.
